晓武太极——健康良药(梁玲)

我从200810月开始学习晓武太极,练习内容主要包括站桩、调气、基本功、养生功、太极剑。

经过半年多的学习,我的身体素质得到了很大的提高。以前由于长时间面对电脑没有适当运动,颈椎、腰椎、胸椎出现了很大的问题,常常觉得脖子疼、腰酸背疼、肩膀酸痛、心慌气短;现在这些亚健康的状态都已经离我而去,我的工作效率也大大提高。另外,受益于半年来持续的锻炼,腿脚也变得更加有力,爬山对我也不再是负担。

晓武太极注重基础、从站桩内功开始练习,是其一大特色。我会继续练习晓武太极,并祝愿晓武太极能发扬光大,使更多的人能从中受益!

I started practicing Xiao Wu Tai-Chi since Oct 2008, including basic standing, breathing,basic skills and Tai-Chi Swords.

Following more than 6 month’practices, my health conditions are largely improved. In the past,due to long hours of works with computer and lacking sports practices,I suffered from sore neck, back and shoulders. Nowadays, such sub-health syndromes no longer bother me and my work efficiency has been largely improved as well. Also benefiting from the continuous practices, my feet became stronger and mountain-climbing become an more interesting activity to me .

Xiao Wu Tai-Chi pays great attention to the basic skills,which distinguishes itself from others.I will continue practicing Xiao Wu Tai-Chi and wish it a promising future .
